We have increased the frequency of disinfection of all high contact points and surfaces in public areas.

Additional contactless guest sanitization stations in public areas. PPE is provided to guests and staff upon request.

Audiovisual

We have invested in wireless and smart technology everywhere; We will be disinfecting all high-touch equipment after each use.

Social Distancing

We safeguard physical distance; We are encouraging proper social distancing, by using signage and distance indicators placed in the high-traffic areas.

Arrival Experience

Self-parking recommended; Individual or family transfers only; PPE worn at all time by our associates; We’re making sure to limit your contacts with front door and key cards and also providing options for check-in / check-out processes with limited contact.

Banquet Food & Beverage

Custom menus focused on quality ingredients that limit contact in kitchen prep; All receptions, coffee brakes and buffets are served with attendant-only buffet or plated meals. Single-use, individually sealed food and cutlery items, where applicable ???

Outlets

All cleaning and disinfecting measures follow the established guidelines; All kitchen and prep stations are deep cleaned and disinfected after each use; All dining areas are frequently disinfected, including all dining tables and chairs after each guest.

Amenities & Recreation

We provide options for more contactless services and transactions, where applicable; All fitness facilities are thoroughly disinfected and with limited capacities.

Spa

We have reduced and closely monitor the capacity limits; All associates are required to wear PPE ; All treatment protocols are modified with cleaning and disinfecting after each service in order to ensure guest and staff safety

Response & Protocols

We have embedded specific COVID-19 protocols which include – coordination for medical assistance or self-isolation needs; Frequent disinfection and deep cleaning of all high-traffic points and areas; Assisting health professionals with contact tracing

Guest Rooms

We implemented more rigorous cleaning protocols for guest room cleanliness. We provide single-use amenities to each guest in their room; All high-touch areas in your room are carefully disinfected using UV lamps.

Meeting & Events Space

We have updated the seating capacities and modified the spaces to insure proper social distancing as per the requirements and allowance; We have also added extra sanitation stations and will use physical barriers during event registration when applicable.

Employee Training

We conducted intensive training sessions with every member of our teams; Awareness and knowledge are key to the consistency; PPE (masks and gloves) are available. We are performing Daily health screenings and temperature checks to ensure complete safety; All associate common areas are frequently disinfected.

OUR PRIME MEASURES

  • Reinforced room hygiene standards to highly touched places, including use of an air purifier device with UV light disinfection before your arrival.
  • Daily housekeeping service is subject to your own preferences.
  • Single-use amenities for each guest. Extra amenities are available (adapters, iron and ironing board or others) upon request.
  • Laundry procedures and products are certified according to the requirements of health authorities and are available while respecting physical distancing for pick-up and delivery service.
  • Our guests are encouraged to specify their preferences on the level of service. Enhanced contactless guest experience will be implemented for those who prefer it. This includes online completion of formalities prior check in, touch- less transactions, texting all special request via Viber, ordering in-room dining, contactless payment.
  • All promotional paper materials are removed.

OUR PRIME MEASURES

Sanitation and disinfection of:

  • high-traffic areas
  • touch points in conference rooms: room doors, tables, chairs, light switch after each use
  • any shared equipment and amenities  will be sanitized before use
  • easy-to-find hand sanitizer stations in all pre-function areas
  • all linen, including underlays, are replaced after each use

Physically distanced room layouts:

  • seating capacities and floor plans are reviewed on an event by event basis to ensure appropriate physical distancing that follows  the guidelines and regulations

Traffic management plans are provided in advance and implemented in meeting rooms:

  • attendee spacing, entrance and exit signage, aisle distance, presenter placement
  • mapping out space by implementing distancing guidelines via post and digital signage:  arrows to direct attendee flow to indicate smooth movement within the space
  • broadcast regular announcements on preventive measures

  • Flexible payment and refund policies
  • Virtual site inspections and meetings can be arranged
  • “New normal” meeting design proposals to help maintain limited contact within the meeting environment (hybrid events)

  • Individual plated style of catering service is recommended
  • All buffet style events will be served by our chefs and staff attendants
  • Coffee breaks and other standing events will be served by our staff and additional stations will be set

OUR PRIME MEASURES

Enhanced disinfection procedure:

  • filtration & purification processes of the swimming pools and hydromassage facilities
  • permanent control of chlorine and pH levels of the pool water to ensure water safety
  • after each personal or family changeover in any treatment room
  • In common areas: changing rooms, cabins, showers, restrooms, relax lounges, tables and seats
  • for handling laundry
  • Disinfecting the treatment room after each guest using an air purifier device with UV light disinfection.

Safe distance will be ensured as follows:

  • Limited access of people at a time in swimming pool and hydro-massage baths, except for families or cohabiting groups
  • We have reduced the capacity of all common use spaces to guarantee interpersonal distance of at least one meter between clients

  • Access to facilities and individual services via booking is to be preferred
