General Conditions

  • The package price is dynamic and valid for a two-night stay per person.
  • The price includes VAT as well as all services and amenities specified in the offer.
  • The appointment time for the dermatology consultation will be confirmed in advance by the Concierge.
  • Treatments at Dermique Aesthetics & Dermatology are not included in the package price. These are to be paid for on-site, based on the recommendations of the clinic’s doctors and specialists, and in accordance with the current price list published at dermique.bg
  • Please contact a representative from the Reservations Department for information regarding availability and booking terms

Cancellation Policy:

  • As much as you plan, things change and we know it. Enjoy our hassle-free cancellation policy - if you decide to cancel or change your booking more than 24 hours before arrival (check-in time 3:00 pm), you will be fully refunded for any changes.
  • For any amendments made after this point, only the first night will be charged.
  • If you are unable to arrive for the first day, but you still want to use the rest of your reservation, you should inform us, otherwise, the whole booking will be canceled.

Guarantee Policy:

  • We kindly require a valid credit card to secure your booking, while reservations can be canceled free of charge according to the cancellation policy.
