Behind the wine list stands sommelier Valentin Rudarski, who has built a collection of over 400 labels from across the globe. The selection brings together classic wine regions such as France, Italy, and Spain with more distant and intriguing destinations including Napa Valley, New Zealand, and Israel, with each wine chosen to create harmony with the menu and enhance the guest experience.
